Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on any earrings and we do not accept returns on sale items.

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lawrencepaige.com and give us a reason for your return along with your order number. 
  2. If your return is accepted then please return your parcel to the address given on the email. 
  3. Unfortunately, we do not cover any costs for shipping your returns. 
  4. Once your item has been received we will do a full inspection, a refund can not be offered if the return has been damaged worn or if there are any signs of wear and tear.  
  5. Any gift boxes, free items or items bought within a bundle deal that are not returned with the item will be deducted from your refund. 
  6. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item contact us immediately on contact@lawrencepaige.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us over your order number, what the issue is and photos of the problem/defect.
