Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes, please contact us on contact@lawrencepaige.com within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and we can arrange this for you.
I bought the wrong ring size, can I exchange it for another size?
Yes we are able to complete exchanges for incorrect ring sizes. Please contact us on contact@lawrencepaige.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to help.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of the UK, however this is something we are looking to do in the future. Please join our mailing list or follow us on social media for updates.
I have not received my order, what shall I do?
If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@lawrencepaige.com. Remember to check your email inbox or junk folder for any missed emails regarding the order.
Do I have to cover the cost of postage for a return?
If the product you have chosen is no longer suitable or required and you wish to return it you will need to cover the cost of postage for this return.
